About
The current climate crisis has ultimately catalyzed the need to completely transform our current food systems which have become deeply ingrained within our society. As our societal values regarding agriculture have historically been one of dominion, destruction, and inequity. Deeming certain lands and peoples as disposable and sacrificial in the face of modernity. Causing not only severe cultural, ecological, and economic devastations but also complete disruptions of entire ecosystems and livelihoods in order to prioritize profitable extractive industries. Hence it is imperative that a call for a societal shift takes place both at the individual and national scale in regards to how we perceive nature, traditional ecological knowledge, and regenerative agriculture. In order to restore the relationship between the land and people that has since been severely disrupted by societal and climatic pressures.
